Victor has worked in manufacturing, oil & gas exploration and production, and in corporate head office positions for major S&P 500 international companies. He has directly led and improved assets with over $1B in annual revenue and has worked internationally with leaders in all continents. Most notably, Victor has been in charge of worldwide production operations talent management for a major energy company and has led transformation initiatives in operational excellence and leadership programs. He has created and implemented very successful management systems in large organizations based on work process management and effective ways of working for leaders.
